The One Day Refresh

Our One Day Refresh is exactly as it sounds. After we have approved our digital design ideas and boards with you we will schedule a day to come complete the refresh. Bringing in mainly accessories, artwork, linens, etc we will transform the property into a gorgeous and inviting spaces for travelers.

Our One Day Refresh is a great way to save time and money. You only have to block off one day for the refresh so you don't sacrifice too much potential rental income. It is also a great way to utilize many of the staple furniture pieces that are already in the property and allow us to bring in those finishing touches.

Our Digital Design Boards and Links Package is a great way to get started on your new Short Term Rental Property. After seeing the space and listening to your vision for the space, we will create some Digital Design Boards for you and send you are specific Short Term Rental Shopping List (with LINKS!) to everything you will need.

This Package will save you hours of searching and sourcing items for your property because we will send you exactly what you need and what is proven to show well in STRs.
Full Service Design & Set Up
Are you an out of state Short Term Rental Owner? Do you not want to spend hours shopping, accepting deliveries, setting up and decorating your property? Let us take care of it!

Our Full Service Package is really a combination of our Refresh and Design Board Package plus a little extra! We will view the property and send our digital design boards over for approval. Once approved we begin the process of ordering, shopping, delivering, setting up, and decorating your property. We complete the entire install for you down to the towels and kitchen utensils.

Our Full Service Package is best for properties that are vacant and need to be completely furnished. We will also share those essential links with you incase you need to replace anything down the road.
